Terms of Service Agreement Policy

• By purchasing an item from reipinshop.com you agree to the following:

• Most items are fan art. If it is disney fan art it cannot be traded with Disney cast members.

• All items are handmade and subject to human error love marks. Colors vary from monitor to monitor and some colors are not yet available as pantones and will replaced with the closest match.

• All items are considered Limited Release unless stated otherwise.

• If you are a minor it is assumed you have your legal guardian’s permission to make a purchase.

• You are assumed to be an authorized user for your payment method of choice when making a purchase.

• Items cannot be held for a purchase at a later time unless agreed upon.

• Combined shipping is unavailable at this time unless agreed upon. This includes if the two separate orders were made in the same day.

• All items are FINAL SALE unless agreed upon.

• Once an item is handed to the appropriate shipping carrier - it is out of my hands. Lost, stolen, or damaged packages will be looked into if insurance was purchased or provided.

• You may not resell for more than drop price + tax + shipping until fourteen days after the package has been delivered. You may trade at any time but pre-trading is discouraged.
  

• You have read and understood all policies listed either here or on Instagram.
  
  Rei.pins deserves the right to cancel any order at their discretion. Rei.pins also has the right to block, ban, or dismiss a user after any resolution at their discretion and may not notify said user. Orders without an instagram username or users that are not following Rei.pins are subject to cancellation.
