Refund Policy

Refunds Policy 


  • Refunds are reviewed and given on a case by case basis.

  • Generally speaking a refund will be given if it’s your first offense. If requesting refunds becomes a habit I reserve the right to decline, block, or remove you from future sales.


Examples of different situations that everything stated above applies to:


  • I purchased a preorder but changed my mind or my financial situation suddenly changed.


  • I purchased an in-hand pin but changed my mind or my financial situation suddenly changed.

    • If the buyer’s request is denied the order will be shipped out accordingly with proper tracking. 


  • I purchased a preorder/in-hand pin that has already shipped.

    • The buyer will be given the option to pay USPS (United States Postal System) $15 for a package interception. A package interception is not always successful. If the package is still delivered to the buyer, the buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. *Please note this option IS NOT available to international buyers at this time. If a refund was granted it will only be given once pins are returned back in hand to the original sender (me). 


  • I purchased a preorder/in-hand pin that has already arrived.

    • If a refund is granted the buyer is responsible to pay return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. The refund will be processed once the pin has been returned to its original sender (me). 


  • I purchased a preorder/in-hand pin that didn’t meet my expectations.

    • You agreed to reipinshop’s terms of service when making a purchase the pin may not match the original art. If the disagreement is regarding the grade purchased, pictures must be sent via Instagram direct message or email of pin grading concerns. Should a refund be granted the buyer is required to pay return shipping. A refund will be processed once the pin has been returned to its original sender (me). If an exchange was agreed upon shipping will be covered by reipinshop (me). 


  • My pin arrived damaged during transit/in the mail.

    • Pictures must be sent via Instagram direct message or email. Damage will be accessed based on evidence given. If insurance was purchased the buyer agrees to give reipinshop adequate time for them to file a United States Postal Service (USPS) insurance claim. The buyer agrees to wait until USPS has made a decision regarding the insurance claim case. 

    • If no insurance was purchased and the product is ruled to be damaged a replacement will be sent free of charge. The damaged product may be requested to be sent back with postage paid for by reipinshop (me). Replacement may not be sent out until original damaged item is received by original sender (me). If buyer is not required to send back the damaged pin the buyer may do as they wish with it. 


  • My pin was lost during transit

    • If insurance was purchased the buyer agrees to give reipinshop adequate time for them to file a United States Postal Service (USPS) insurance claim. The buyer agrees to wait until USPS has made a decision regarding the insurance claim case. 

    • If no insurance was purchased the buyer may be held responsible for not purchasing insurance. The buyer agrees to give reipinshop adequate time to inquire with USPS about package status and extra time for their response. If the package is unable to be located a decision will be made and agreed upon between the involved party. This decision may include but not limited to, a full refund, a partial refund, a replacement,  a partial refund plus replacement, and potentially no refund.
