Preorder Policy

What is a preorder/presale?:

• You are buying into something that hasn’t been made yet. The funds go towards production costs.

Purchasing agreement:

• By purchasing a preorder item you agree to wait until the pin is in hand. This can range anywhere from one month to beyond six months. If you’re uncomfortable waiting or patience isn’t your jam it’s best not to purchase. There will always be a chance for in hand meaning the product has been physically delivered.

• You may request a rebuy at six months for purchase protection. However, you will first have to send the funds before they are sent back. Once the funds have been received your first order will be refunded. I will not refund before payment to avoid ghosting, buyers remorse, etc.

• As the creator I will do my best to provide preorder buyers the absolute best pin grade possible. If I’m unable to fulfill all preorders with standard grade an option of a partial refund or two seconds will be chosen.

• Presale items are not allowed to be combined with in hand stock.
